2. Carry out research experiments related to all-solid cathodes, and form relevant standard documents for preparation and testing;

3. Collate and analyze the research results, form reports, and provide suggestions for relevant project teams;

4. Conduct special research on cathode materials, and provide and report relevant research reports;

5. Guide the assistant engineer to carry out relevant experiments.

Inorganic Electrolyte R&D Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Development of new inorganic materials, including design, synthesis, evaluation and formulation of modification schemes;

2. Synthesis of new inorganic materials and optimization of nanometering process, including investigation of new equipment and formulation of optimized process scheme;

3. Design or screen dispersants suitable for functional inorganic materials according to their properties;

4. Lead the formulation of equipment use specifications, synthesis and nanometerization standard process documents, and new inorganic material evaluation standard method documents;

5. According to the test of new inorganic materials and their results in batteries, design an optimization scheme for new electrolyte materials;

6. Participate in battery cell product projects, follow up the problems encountered in the introduction of solid electrolyte products into battery cells, especially electrode paste and electrode problems, collect problems and carry out failure analysis, and solve the problem of introducing solid electrolyte products through formulation and use process optimization;

7. Sort out and summarize the report results of external electrolyte material evaluation and analysis;

8. Summarize and manage the external demand for new inorganic materials, reasonably arrange resources within the group to provide electrolytes, and receive feedback on usage;

9. Review the technical documents of the team and sort out the project progress report;

10. Supervise the progress of functional inorganic material development projects.

3. Characterize the key characteristics of the battery system and identify the main factors affecting the performance of the battery system through special structure battery design, different characterization means or setting up special characterization devices;

4. Analyze and form a report based on the results of battery performance analysis;

5. Guide the material design according to the analysis results, and decompose the battery performance indicators into material characteristic indicators;

6. Be responsible for the management, maintenance and use of laboratory equipment;

7.Storage and use management of laboratory chemicals;
